Please join us for a fun day and do something wonderful for our friends and neighbors! Enjoy a game of golf with friends or coworkers during our 14th Annual Angel Care Open golf outing. Enjoy 18 holes of golf (including cart), continental breakfast, BBQ lunch, field events, and awards presentation. Breakfast provided by Wilmington Nursing & Rehab.

There will also be:

• Longest putt & drive contests
• Closest to the pin challenge
• Split the pot

When: Friday, September 21, 2018. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:45 am, tee off at 9 am

Why: All proceeds from this event benefit patients and families at the not-for-profit Community Care Hospice. We never turn anyone away from care, regardless of ability to pay
